Dieffenbachia Camille Houseplant

from $9.00

Dieffenbachia Camille — The dieffenbachia, also called the dumb cane is a houseplant known for its large, showy, nature. They are easy to grow and take care of and can adapt to a variety of living conditions making it the perfect starter plant.

Botanical Classification: Dieffenbachia
Common Name: Camille

CARE GUIDE:

Light. Bright indirect light to medium light. It can also tolerate lower light conditions, but be aware that growth may slow down. Remember to shield it from direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorching.

Water.
Water generously until it begins to trickle out of the pot's base, and be sure to eliminate any excess water pooling in the saucer. Allow the top layer of soil to dry before watering again.

Humidity.
Enjoys humidity but is not necessary for it to thrive. It’s perfectly content with standard household humidity levels. However, during the drier winter months, it won't object to a little extra humidity.

Toxicity.
Toxic to pets and humans

Additional Care Tips. If you spot browning on the tips or edges of your plant's leaves, tap water might be the culprit. Prevent this by opting for filtered or rainwater when you water. And don't forget to trim away any yellow leaves to support your plant's strength and growth.
