  • Not much! A conference room, cafeteria, or outdoor area works. We've done workshops in lobbies, break rooms, and parking lots.

  • Drop-in format: 15 minutes per person over a 2-3 hour window. Seated format: 1-1.5 hours for the whole group.

  • We've done it many times. We bring extra staff and supplies to handle large groups smoothly.

  • Yes! We cover the entire Triangle and up to 3 hours from Durham (27707).

  • Cancel 20+ days before your event for a full refund (minus processing fees). Shorter notice = reduced refunds. Rescheduling fees apply based on timing.

  • No problem! You're charged based on your confirmed headcount (locked in 7 days before the event). If someone doesn't show, we'll create their terrarium for you—so you still get all pieces assembled to distribute however you'd like (give them out later, use as desk décor, client gifts, etc.). You get what you paid for, guaranteed.
